From Sun Yat-sen University to Kyrgyzstan

Mr. Yin Bin graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a degree in International Economics and Trade. On a relative's recommendation, he joined the Kyrgyzstan office of China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), starting from the grassroots of foreign trade. That year, the first phase of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Highway, undertaken by CRBC as aid to Kyrgyzstan, had its asphalt pavement fully completed — and he gained frontline exposure to Central Asian engineering contracting and foreign trade practice.

In February 2008, Tajikistan suffered a once-in-a-century snow disaster, with multiple avalanches along the Tajikistan-Uzbekistan Highway. Mr. Yin Bin joined the snow-clearing team of the CRBC Tajikistan-Uzbekistan Highway Project, working through the night, and traffic was restored on March 9. The Tajik President inquired about progress multiple times, and the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport visited the site in person. Local media described the effort as "worthy of being written into the nation's history."

Pivot to Light Industry, Goods to Dordoi

After leaving CRBC, Mr. Yin Bin pivoted to exporting Chinese light industrial products to Central Asia, starting with clothing, footwear, and daily small commodities. Goods were shipped from Zhejiang, Fujian, and Guangdong, entered Kyrgyzstan through border ports, landed in Bishkek's Dordoi Market, and were then distributed to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. He personally sourced goods, oversaw customs clearance, and liaised with stalls, gradually making this route work.
